Independent body to organize Tunisia's elections: PM

TUNIS (Reuters) - Tunisia's first free elections will be organized by an independent body and monitored by international observers, Prime Minister Mohamed Ghannouchi said Thursday.
Ghannouchi was speaking in a live television address, after announcing a cabinet reshuffle that purged the interim government of members of the former ruling party.
