Imperial Holdings IPO prices within range-underwriter

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Imperial Holdings (IFT.N) priced shares in its initial public offering within the expected range on Monday, according to an underwriter.

The company sold 16.7 million shares for $10.75 each, raising $179.2 million. It had planned to sell shares for $10 to $12 each.
