New Issue-EV Energy sells $300 mln in notes

  March 17 (Reuters) - EV Energy Partners LP (EVEP.O) and EV
Energy Finance Corp on Thursday sold $300 million of senior
notes in the 144a private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson
Reuters service.
  The size of the deal was increased from an originally
planned $250 million.
  RBC, JP Morgan, Wells Fargo Securities and BNP Paribas
were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
