is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr. Bojan Boskovic as a
non-executive member of the Advisory Board.

Dr. Boskovic joins Vendum team as a highly respected member of
Nanomaterials community with more than ten years of hands-on experience
in industry and academia in leading development of cutting-edge
applications of carbon Nanomaterials. Dr. Boskovic is a founder and a
managing director of Cambridge Nanomaterials Technology Ltd,
