ANTs Software Launches “Partner Migration Ecosystem” with a Strategic Partnership with Key Sybase ASE Partner

Partnership Formed to Expand Penetration in Sybase ASE Installed Based

ANTs software inc. (OTCBB: ANTS), a leader in database consolidation solutions, today announced that it has formed a strategic partnership with an important Sybase ASE services partner to expand penetration and deliver the IBM® DB2® SQL Skin for applications compatible with Sybase ASE (SQL Skin) solution that ANTs has developed with IBM. ANTs and this new partner will cooperate with IBM Sales and Service organizations in the marketing, sales and delivery services associated with bringing the SQL Skin product to market.

According to the partnership agreement, the Sybase partner will participate in select events and activities to market the SQL Skin product and services with IBM and ANTs. The partner and ANTs will share sales activities with IBM that will include pre-sales and technical sales support for opportunities that arise through the sales process. Also, the company will have trained and qualified personnel to engage in presentations and demonstrations as well as to provide general sales support for the SQL Skin product.
