India's Suzlon Energy to issue foreign currency convertible bonds

MUMBAI, April 4 (Reuters) - India's Suzlon Energy , the world's third-biggest wind turbine maker, said on Monday it would issue foreign currency convertible bonds, due in 2016.

The floor price for the conversion of the bonds will be 46.05 rupees, the company said in a statement.

Earlier, the company said it had raised its stake in Repower Systems AG RPWGn.DE to 95.16 percent from 91 percent. [ID:nWNAS1698] (Reporting by Neha Singh; editing by Malini Menon)
