JAKARTA May 6 (Reuters) - Indonesia's Astra International , the country's largest vehicle distributor, said on Friday it expected car production to fall 15 percent in the second quarter from a year earlier, because of part shortages from Japan after its devastating tsunami.

President Director Prijono Sugiarto said motorcycle output was still increasing, to tap a buoyant consumer market in Southeast Asia's largest economy. (Reporting by Fathiya Dahrul; Editing by Neil Chatterjee)
