Dr. Bruce Leuchter to join OPN Capital Markets as Managing Director, Investment Banking

OPN Capital Markets has partnered with San Francisco-based market research firm NeuroInsights to provide focused market intelligence to OPN and to its clients as its exclusive investment bank partner.

NeuroInsights has a long track record of providing exceptional research and advisory services for investors and industry executives across commercial neuroscience, enabling them to understand and profit from the rapid growth of companies treating brain and nervous system illnesses.

OPN has extensive relationships with hedge funds, mutual funds and other investors and, as a value-added service to those investors, OPN will provide information and analysis about companies and trends. Along with this partnership, OPN today announced that Dr. Bruce Leuchter will be joining OPN as a Managing Director to provide CNS companies top of the line services which address the unique needs of the sector.

Dr. Leuchter is currently the Director of Clinical Neuropsychiatry and Neurostimulation Therapies at Weill Cornell Medical College. Previously, Dr. Leuchter spearheaded a new global investment research initiative at Goldman Sachs & Company focusing on emerging biotechnologies. He completed dual residencies in Neurology and Psychiatry at New York-Presbyterian/Cornell Medical College and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
