CLEVELAND, May 11, 2011 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PolyOne Corporation (NYSE: POL) Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share on the common stock outstanding, to be paid on July 7, 2011, to stockholders of record on June 16, 2011.
