Independent Oracle Users Group Announces 2011-2012 Board of Directors, Annual Award Winners
The Independent Oracle Users Group (IOUG) announces the members’ selection of the 2011-2012 Board of Directors to lead the organization, as well as the recipients of the 2010 IOUG Excellence Awards.
IOUG Officers include Andy Flower serving his second term as IOUG President.
John Matelski will serve his second term as Executive Vice President for the organization.
Todd Sheetz is the 2011-2012 Vice President of Finance for IOUG.

The Board of Directors oversees IOUG’s strategic direction through its mission to represent the voice of Oracle technology and database professionals and empower them to be more productive in their business and careers by:

- Sharing best practices
- Providing technology direction and networking opportunities
All new board members and positions are effective as of May 10, 2011.
Congratulations to the new IOUG Board and a special thank you to the outgoing IOUG Board members, Judi Doolittle (Sandia National Laboratories), and Jon Wolfe (CTI), for their leadership and support throughout their terms.
IOUG also announced the 2011 recipients of its annual awards.
