Auxis, Inc. Continues Expansion of San Jose, Costa Rica Outsourcing Service Center

Auxis, Inc. (, a leading management consulting and outsourcing firm, today announced the hiring of two professionals with extensive multinational corporate experience to its San Jose, Costa Rica operations team.

Auxis recently announced the expansion of its outsourcing service center in San Jose to meet growing client demand. As part of this expansion, Auxis welcomes Erick Marin to the Costa Rica team as Finance and Accounting Operations Manager. He is responsible for overseeing finance and accounting operations, internal control and legal compliance for the Costa Rican business process outsourcing (BPO) practice. Marin comes to Auxis with 20 years of experience in a variety of finance and accounting positions for major multinational corporations in Costa Rica. Mr. Marin has extensive shared services experience, having previously worked in shared service organizations for leading companies such as Citibank, Dole Fresh Fruit International and Proctor & Gamble. “In addition to our expertise working with shared services for large and diverse companies, our knowledge of the control and standardization of processes allows us to create a robust and scalable infrastructure for our clients,” said Marin. Savings achieved through the implementation of a BPO model are often re-invested into other areas of the business, which can create more value and growth for our clients.”

Heidi Schaer also brings her experience to the team as Human Resources Manager. In her role as HR Manager, Schaer oversees and aligns human resources activities for the IT and Business Process Outsourcing organizations. This includes hiring, retention and development. Schaer brings to Auxis 18 years of experience in human resources management for large multinational corporations, including Deloitte & Touche, Stewart Title Latin America and Dole Fresh Fruit International., Ltd.
