WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu pledged Sunday to work alongside President Barak Obama for a way to renew frozen peace talks with the Palestinians.

Responding to Obama's efforts to ease tensions with Israel in a speech to a pro-Israel lobby group, over policies on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict which the U.S. leader presented last week, Netanyahu issued a statement saying:

"I am a partner to President Obama's wish to promote peace and I appreciate his efforts in the past and present to achieve this goal. I am determined to work with President Obama to find ways to renew peace talks."

Obama’s push for Israeli compromise on borders lasted about as long as Newt’s outreach to moderate Republicans. Sure is getting old having the extreme Right Wing dictate policy at home and abroad. Is anyone else getting tired of wars abroad and economic rape at home?

Yes bibi, you know what is best for you!
If not, go alone and see how you manage by your own. Next time that you want to talk with the President of the United States, bring a present! and don’t expect one in return!
To Mr. Obama, not matter what the outcome of negotiations, please consider the possibility of stopping all economic help for Israel (and others)in the future. I am tired of being so helpful.

Netanyahu says this only by way of Obama’s buckling to the power of the imperialist greed. Netanyahu says this because he now has his path cleared to the same old same old of Zionist Israeli domination of the Arab Middle East. Obama would have more respect and credibility in current events and history if he would just keep quiet (as a church mouse) about Palestine, Israel, settlements, borders … Let the U.N. the international court, and community do all the talking. Let the international movement of boycott, divestment, and sanctions take most of the against Israel. Let BDS lead in doing the work of creating peace by stopping the 60+ years of Zionist crimes against humanity. Care about justice, decency, human rights. Care in solidarity with Palestinians caught up in the continuing unresolved WWII genocide, apartheid, and ethnic cleansing of the people that the system targets and demonizes as the culprit in the failure of imperialist economy.
