TOKYO, May 26 (Reuters) - The Nikkei stock average gained on
Thursday, bouncing off a two-month closing low hit the previous
day, helped by a rise in Wall Street shares and commodity
prices, though market players said it was too early to say risk
reduction has run its course.
The Nikkei average rose 1.0 percent to 9,514.62,
while the broader Topix gained 0.8 percent to 824.23.
