Company will showcase its broad portfolio of industry-leading products and
technologies for the wireless and wired broadband markets at the 2011 IEEE
International Microwave Symposium (IMS) in Baltimore, Maryland, from June 6 to
June 8, 2011.

At the symposium, RFMD(R) will highlight its portfolio of innovative products
servicing a diverse range of end-market segments including: Broadband
Transmission, Defense and Aerospace, Point-to-Point Microwave Radio, WiFi,
Wireless Infrastructure, Wireless Consumer Products, WiMAX and SmartEnergy.

The RFMD products to be displayed span the Company's broad portfolio, including:

power transistors and ICs
