Brazil ethanol reform to focus on stable supply

SAO PAULO (Reuters) - Regulatory reform of Brazil's vast ethanol sector will initially focus on how to stimulate investment and avoid supply shortages of the biofuel, Haroldo Lima, head of the National Petroleum Agency (ANP), said on Monday.
