GOLDMAN SACHS

The Wall Street bank has hired Keshav Sanghi from Citigroup as managing director and head of equities in India, according to an internal memo obtained by Reuters.

CITI PRIVATE BANK

The banking arm of Citigroup said it named Patricia McDermott as managing director and head in Connecticut and Westchester. McDermott, who will be based in Greenwich, joins from Bank of America's U.S. Trust private banking unit

AFFILIATED MANAGERS GROUP

The asset management company appointed Andrew Dyson as executive vice-president and head of global distribution based in London. Dyson joins from BlackRock , where he served as head of the global institutional client business.

BNP PARIBAS WEALTH MANAGEMENT HONG KONG

The wealth management unit of BNP Paribas SA in Hong Kong said Chief Executive Serge Janowski has resigned. The firm said Mignonne Cheng will serve as interim CEO.

BNP PARIBAS CORPORATE AND INVESTMENT BANKING

The unit of BNP Paribas SA made the following appointments within its structured finance business -- Prema Balakrishnan has been appointed head of project finance; Charlotte Conlan as head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) origination and sales for loan syndications & trading for EMEA; Emmanuel Rogy as head of Energy & Commodity Finance for EMEA; and Andrew Shapiro as head of structured finance, the UK.

AVENDUS CAPITAL UK

The UK unit of India-based Avendus Capital appointed Roger Yeoman as its head of institutional equities for Europe. Yeoman last served at Morgan Stanley.

SINGAPORE EXCHANGE

The exchange appointed Julie Heng as senior vice-president and head of commodities from June 22. Heng joins from Mercuria Energy Trading.

BDO LLP

The firm said Mark Bomer will become its new senior partner, taking over from Simon Bevan, who recently quit the firm.

OTKRITIE FINANCIAL CORP

The financial group appointed Ron Solberg as managing director, head of fixed income research and strategy. Solberg joins from investment management firm Armored Wolf. It also hired ten members to its fixed income and strategy department.

ALLIANCE TRUST

The investment company appointed Ilario Di Bon as its head of global equities. Di Bon, who will join on July 1, was previously head of institutional global equities at Fidelity International.

RELIGARE GLOBAL ASSET MANAGEMENT

The unit of Religare Enterprises Ltd appointed Alan Berkshire as president, North America. Berkshire joins from Estancia Capital Management of which he was a founding partner.

RAMIUS LLC

The alternative investment business of Cowen Group Inc appointed Adrian Schultes as a managing director and head of distribution in New York for Ramius Alternative Solutions LLC. Schultes joins from Pacific Investment Management Co.

RREEF

The real estate investment business of Deutsche Bank AG's (DBKGn.DE) asset management division said Mark Roberts joined as a managing director and global head of research. Roberts joins from Invesco Real Estate.

CLAIRVUE CAPITAL PARTNERS
