The bank appointed Patrick Soulard as head of its corporate & investment banking division in France. Soulard had previously been with Bryan, Garnier & Co.
The bank appointed Peter Heidinger as global head, financial institutions based in Singapore, effective June 24. Heidinger joins from Citigroup.
The securities and investment banking firm appointed Kunal Bajaj, Govind Chellappa, Anand Agarwal and Ramnath Iyer to its newly established equity sales, trading and research teams in India. Bajaj, Chellappa and Agarwal join from Credit Suisse and Iyer from Pioneer Investments.
AXA INVESTMENT MANAGERS
The asset management unit of AXA Group appointed Lisa O'Connor as European head of consultant relations based in London effective June 6. O'Connor joins from Russell Investments.
The largest U.S. home funding source appointed Susan McFarland as chief financial officer. McFarland, who succeeds David Hisey, joins from Capital One Financial Corp.
RBC CAPITAL MARKETS
