 BRUSSELS, June 28 (Reuters) - The following are mergers
under review by the European Commission and a brief guide to the
EU merger process:
 -- U.S. supplier of axles, drive shafts and transmissions
Dana Holding Corp (DAN.N) and Bosch Rexroth, owned by German
industrial product company Robert Bosch GmbH [ROBG.UL], to form
a joint venture to develop an auto transmission system (approved
June 28)
 -- Sweden's Seb Trygg Liv Holding to acquire Irish Life
International from Irish Life and Permanent Group Holdings
(IPM.I) (approved June 27)
 -- Japanese drugmaker Takeda Pharmaceutical (4502.T) to
acquire Nycomed (notified June 27/deadline Aug. 2)
 -- FOEW, owned by Norwegian gas company Bonheur, Denmark's
Dong Energy [DOENRY.UL], holding company Novasion and Aalborg
Universitet to acquire turbine wind developer MIG Business
