Leading global Consumer Web Company seeks 10M in Series A funding as it continues to capitalize on emerging market opportunities

Privately-held, global Consumer Web Company Lucini & Lucini Communications Group, based in Milan, Italy, has announced plans to open its China headquarters as the company prepares for its first major investment round. After steady growth in 2010 and the first half of 2011, Lucini & Lucini reached its 40M user milestone and launched their proprietary e-mail marketing technology platform, ADsender.

Currently, Lucini & Lucini has a staff of sixteen at their European headquarters, manages seventy-five global clients (which range from mega-brands to digital advertising agencies), and reports $4.5M in revenue per year. With Series A funding, the company will build the human capital and I.T. infrastructure to support their newest product: S.A.M. (Self-acting Ad Manager). The platform will utilize the ADsender IP and 40M global user database to provide advertising agencies and enterprises with a self-service, on-demand email marketing platform. Marketers will have the ability to upload their advert, self-select target groups, choose their budget, and access data in real-time – much like Google AdWords and Facebook Ads, but with an email marketing delivery system.
