WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama said Wednesday his administration's actions on Libya do not violate the War Powers Act and that it has consulted repeatedly with Congress on the operation.

"Throughout this process, we consulted with Congress. We've had 10 hearings on it. We've sent reams of information about what the operations are," he told a news conference.

Obama also said the "noose is tightening" around Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi.

You’ve got to look at Obama in the context of his earlier criticism of Bush’s war on terror. He is a two-faced political animal who believes himself above us, the other two branches of government and the Constitution. According to Obama, “The buck stops there!” Pray enough Americans have grown wise to this ego-maniac and his message of hope and change.
