Deutsche Boerse holders tender around 35 pct-source

FRANKFURT, July 12 (Reuters) - Deutsche Boerse (DB1Gn.DE) shareholders representing around 35 percent of voting shares have so far tendered their shares in a NYSE Euronext (NYX.N) a source familiar with the matter said on Tuesday. (Reporting by Edward Taylor)
