PARIS, July 13 (Reuters) - There is no decision yet on whether to hold an emergency summit of European leaders to discuss the euro zone's debt crisis, French government spokeswoman Valerie Pecresse said on Wednesday. "Today nothing has been definitively set," she said, adding: "There is a clear desire from all euro group partners to come to the most efficient solution as quickly as possible."
