Teradyne to Announce Second Quarter 2011 Results

Teradyne, Inc. (NYSE: TER) will release financial results for the second quarter 2011 on Wednesday, July 27 at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) or later.

A conference call to discuss the second quarter results, along with management's business outlook, will follow at 10 a.m. EDT, Thursday, July 28. The call will be simultaneously webcast via the “Investors” page of www.teradyne.com.

A replay will be available approximately two hours after the completion of the call. The replay number in the U.S. & Canada is 800-642-1687.
