Credit Suisse boosts Asia Pac capital market management team-IFR

HONG KONG, July 18 (Reuters) - Credit Suisse has appointed Carl Bautista, Mervyn Chow and George Pavey as co-heads of its global markets solutions group (GMSG) for Asia Pacific, IFR reported on Monday.

The bank has also named Zeth Hung as vice chairman of the investment banking department and GMSG for Greater China. They will all report to Vikram Malhotra and Helman Sitohang, co-heads of Credit Suisse's IBD for Asia Pacific, IFR, a Thomson Reuters publication, said citing sources.

Bautista, Chow and Pavey will be responsible for the bank's equity capital markets, debt capital markets and structured products businesses throughout the Asia Pacific.

Chow and Pavey will have primary responsibilities for equity and debt capital markets origination and execution, while Bautista will lead Credit Suisse's structured products business, IFR added. (Reporting by Shankar Ramakrishnan, Writing by Denny Thomas; Editing by Jacqueline Wong)
