Dr Reddy's gets U.S. nod for anti-nausea injection

MUMBAI, July 20 (Reuters) - India's Dr Reddy's Laboratories has received U.S. Food and Drug Administration's approval for generic palonosetron hydrochloride injection, the drug regulator's website showed on Wednesday.

The injection is used to prevent acute and delayed nausea and vomiting associated with cancer chemotherapy.

The company has also received a tentative approval for generic duloxetine hydrochloride delayed release capsules, the website showed.

The capsules are used in the treatment of chronic musculo-skeletal pain and diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain. (Reporting by Kaustubh Kulkarni)
