McDermott Announces Dates for Second Quarter 2011 Financial Results and Conference Call

McDermott International, Inc. (NYSE: MDR) (“McDermott” or the “Company”) announced today that it plans to release financial results for the second quarter of 2011 during the evening of Wednesday, August 3, 2011. The Company will host its quarterly conference call with the financial community the following morning, Thursday, August 4 at 10:00 a.m. (ET).
