It is our privilege to work side-by-side with the Yakima team in providing the world’s most refreshing beverages throughout the state.”
As a prominent business leader, Dolsen has served on nearly every major board in the city. The company has donated tens of thousands of dollars to support local schools, from equipment to scoreboards, and provides in-kind donations to countless events and non-profit agencies. Its 71 employees count volunteerism as part of the culture of the company.
In celebration of its 100th Anniversary, Yakima Coca-Cola is the weekend sponsor for the 2nd Skewered Apple Barbeque Championship being held September 10th and 11th on Front Street. The company also announced that the “Happiness Truck” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hVap-ZxSDeE will appear regularly in the community. Where it will show up from time-to-time is anyone’s guess!
Dolsen declared the company would carry on its strong partnership with the community, “It is my goal that the company will continue to grow and prosper, provide support to community organizations and offer valued employment opportunities. We would not have reached this milestone without those who love our brands and who are loyal to Coca-Cola. We thank the Yakima community for making our company what it is today.”
