Further re Directorate Changes
Following the announcement on 23 August 2011, the Company confirms that Rupert Pennant-Rea has today joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director of the Company and as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
Furthermore, the Company has been informed that Mr Pennant-Rea has an interest in 7,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company.
