Brunswick Teams Up With Summit Entertainment Centers To Bring Premier Bowling & Entertainment Center To Colorado Springs
COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO., Sept. 2, 2011 - Brunswick Bowling & Billiards and Summit Entertainment Centers, LLC, have announced plans to construct a state-of-the-art bowling and entertainment center at 1180 Interquest Parkway in Nor'wood Development Group's Interquest Marketplace in Colorado Springs.
Brunswick Zone XL Colorado Springs will be the newest and 100th location in Brunswick's chain of bowling and entertainment centers in the United States, Canada, and Europe. The new center is scheduled to open in April 2012.
"We are thrilled to bring Brunswick Zone XL to Colorado Springs," said Dennis Schavietello, Summit Entertainment Centers' manager. "And, we are proud that this new facility will bring more than 100 new full- and part-time jobs to the area."
Brunswick Zone XL Colorado Springs will feature nearly 50,000 square feet of outstanding entertainment for family, friends, leagues, parties, corporate meetings and group events. The facility will include 36 lanes of bowling, an action-packed Lazer Tag arena, a fun-filled video game arcade, Brunswick billiards room, large-screen TVs, spacious meeting/event rooms and much more. The center will also provide a smoke-free bowling environment.

To reflect the changing face of bowling, the new center is designed to meet the entertainment needs of families, friends, groups and businesses seeking to enjoy everything from children's birthday parties, to casual bowling fun, to a place to celebrate a special occasion or hold a serious league competition.
Vectra Bank's Commercial Real Estate Division will provide the construction financing, while Vectra Bank's SBA Division, in partnership with CEDCO Small Business Finance Corporation, will provide the permanent mortgage financing for the project.
