Israel lauds Obama's role in Cairo crisis
JERUSALEM |
JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Israel thanked President Barack Obama Saturday for his "fateful" role in helping evacuate its besieged Cairo embassy, saying all his influence in Egypt had been brought to bear.
"I would say it was a decisive moment -- fateful, I would even say," Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, whose relationship with Obama has long been soured by the stalled Israeli-Palestinian peace talks, told reporters.
"He said, 'I will do all that I can.' He did that. He applied all of the means and influence of the United States of America, which are certainly substantial. And I think we owe him special thanks."

But at the same time I would not hesitate to mention that such nations are dangerously ill behaved, unmannerly audacious and obstinate when person advises them for their better future on matter of solution to long pending disputes they become furious and crosses all diplomatic norms and customs to become unpardonably insulting to the Nation of US, because those nation/nations think “Jews Control America’ claimed by the ex PM’s of Israel others think China Controls.
However, I had to mention this because some people thinks US does every thing for a particular country because it needs Israel for US’s survival. They forget that US do not need anyone for its survival but yes other nations like Israel do need US for its survival.
All previous Presidents including the present President helped Israel earlier and even now helping and would be in future helping without expectation of any return of any kind from an ungrateful nations. To me It is Unthinkable to think the President helped Israel evacuate the embassy people from Egypt unharmed in lieu of some vote. Silly thinking of silly people.
The PM of Israel thanking the President we take it with all the grace and honor appreciation as honoring the Entire American Nation. We Americans wished always good for our friends well and will do so in future too.
