GRACO ANNOUNCES REGULAR QUARTERLY DIVIDEND AND PARTICIPATION IN UPCOMING INVESTOR CONFERENCES

MINNEAPOLIS, MN (Sept. 16, 2011) - The Board of Directors of Graco Inc. (NYSE:GGG) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 21 cents per common share,  payable on Nov. 2, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 17, 2011.  The Company has approximately 60 million shares outstanding.

 

Graco also announced that management will present to the investment community at the following conferences in the month of September: the RBC Capital Markets' Global Industrials Conference on Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2011 in Las Vegas, NV; the Citi 2011 Global Industrials Conference on Thursday, Sept. 22, 2011 in Boston, MA; and the Oppenheimer 6th Annual Industrials Conference on Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2011 in New York, NY.  A live audio webcast of Graco's general session discussion at the RBC Conference, which will take place at approximately 1:00 p.m. PT on Sept. 20, can be accessed from the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at www.graco.com.  An updated version of the Company's investor presentation will also be available on the Company's website.
