Plantronics (NYSE: PLT) today announced it is expanding its product line
to include a new category of devices designed to help companies migrate
from traditional desk phone-only usage to a unified communications (UC)
infrastructure. The products that enable this transition include a new
multi-device adapter, the MDA200(TM), plus corded and wireless USB
adapters.

The Plantronics UC Enabler products are designed to maximize an IT
department's original investment in traditional voice communications,
such as desk phones and audio communication devices. A great desk-based
option for flex/hoteling environments, the MDA200 supports corded or
wireless USB headsets and allows users to answer, end, hold and switch
between calls from any connected device at the touch of a button.
