A. O. Smith Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

MILWAUKEE, Oct. 10, 2011

MILWAUKEE, Oct. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Directors of A. O. Smith Corporation (NYSE: AOS) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.16 per share on Common Stock and Class A Common Stock.

The dividend is payable on Nov. 15 to shareholders of record Oct. 31.
