DOWNERS GROVE, Ill., Nov. 4, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.315 (thirty-one and one half cents) per share, payable on December 15, 2011 to shareholders of record as of November 30, 2011.
