WHAT:	Russ Garcia, executive vice president, Worldwide Corporate Marketing and general manager of the Comm-Med Product Group at Microsemi Corporation, will moderate a panel titled, "The Convergence of Semiconductors and Medical Devices" at the upcoming OCTANe Medical Device & Investor Forum. The event, being held in Irvine, Calif. Nov. 15-16, 2011, is a leading med-tech industry conference highlighting the latest technologies and investment trends. Panelists include Stephen J. Swift, senior VP & general manager, Microsemi's Medical Products Group.
