First Financial Bancorp Announces Record Date for Upcoming Cash Dividend of $0.27 Per Share

CINCINNATI, Nov. 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- First Financial Bancorp (Nasdaq: FFBC) ("First Financial" or the "Company") announced today that its previously declared quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 per common share will be payable on January 3, 2012 to shareholders of record as of December 2, 2011.  Under the Company's current policy of paying 100% of quarterly earnings as cash dividends, the upcoming dividend will consist of: 1) a regular quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share; and 2) a variable dividend of $0.15 per share based on the remainder of the third quarter 2011 diluted earnings per share of $0.27.
