This report was filed using unreviewed seismometer readings – which need to be compared by USGS geologists with other known seismometer readings to ensure accuracy, due to the potential of local conditions causing reading errors.

According to USGS information it was 6,6 not 6,9 magnitude. The depth was 6.9 km (4.3 miles) not 58 miles. And with all due respect, do you even know what epicenter is? I am afraid you don’t.
