Delcam PLC (the "Company") announces that, as a result of transactions under the Delcam plc 2001 all employee share ownership plan (the "Plan"), on 20 December 2011 Delcam Trustees Limited (the "Trust"), the trustees of the Delcam Employee Benefit Trust, allocated 13,795 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to participants in the Plan in lieu of annual bonus at an issue price of 498p per share (the "Free Shares").  The participants included the following directors of the Company:

Beneficial ownership of the shares allocated on 20 December 2011 will pass to the relevant participant in May 2017, subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions relating to continued employment. However, dividends in respect of the Free, Partnership and Matching Shares held in the Plan will be paid to the relevant participant from the date of allocation.

 

The total number of Free Shares, Partnership Shares and Matching Shares held by each director in the Plan comprises allocations made on the following dates:
