Sealed Air to Hold Conference Call to Discuss Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2011 Results

ELMWOOD PARK, N.J., Monday, January 9, 2012 - Sealed Air Corporation (NYSE:SEE) announced today that it will release its fourth quarter and full year 2011 results at approximately 7:30 a.m. (ET) on Thursday, February 9, 2012 and will host a conference call and webcast at 11:00 a.m. (ET) later that day.
           
William V. Hickey, our CEO, and Tod S. Christie, our Treasurer and Interim CFO, will conduct the investor conference call.  The conference call will be webcast live on our Investor Relations home page at http://ir.sealedair.com.  Listeners should go to the web site prior to the call to register and to download and install any necessary audio software.  A replay of the webcast will also be available.
