Dean Freeman Moves to Frauenshuh Commercial Real Estate Group to Lead Property Management Group

Frauenshuh Continues Expansion in Real Estate Capital and Personnel

Frauenshuh Commercial Real Estate Group (Frauenshuh) today announced that leading commercial real estate veteran Dean Freeman has joined the firm as senior vice president.

In this role, Freeman will lead the expansion of Frauenshuh’s Property Management Group and continue to integrate and maintain related services with owners and tenants. Frauenshuh’s Property Management Group manages over 2.1 million square feet in the Twin Cities area. The Property Management Group will continue to maintain long-term asset value for Frauenshuh’s customers while Freeman also helps position the group to support the overall growth of the company. Freeman will also work in asset management and investment opportunities.

Dean is highly respected in the commercial real estate industry, is viewed as a national thought leader and brings a tremendous wealth of property management knowledge to Frauenshuh,” said Dean Williamson, president of Frauenshuh. “Dean’s experience in client relations, business development, strategic planning, leasing and investments is an ideal fit for Frauenshuh’s strategy to increase market share and drive further growth.”

“I am delighted to be joining the extraordinarily talented team at Frauenshuh,” said Freeman. “The company’s reputation of high-quality client services and its exceptional foundation put it in a position for strong growth. I look forward to leading the Property Management Group and playing a key role in Frauenshuh’s expansion and development.”

Freeman is the latest strategic new hire in the growing leadership team at Frauenshuh, which is opening an office in downtown Minneapolis’ IDS Center in the wake of new business opportunities and an expanding client list. Before joining Frauenshuh, Freeman held a senior vice president position at Cassidy Turley, serving as the firm’s city leader for its property management division in Minneapolis/St. Paul and adding millions of square feet of business to the firm’s portfolio. Freeman has also held leadership positions at United Properties (now Cushman & Wakefield/Northmarq) and Towle Real Estate.

Freeman is a member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors, National Association for Industrial and Office Parks and the Institute for Real Estate Management, and is a Certified Property Manager and Certified Commercial Investment Member. He holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of Minnesota.
