Demi Moore Pulls Out of 'Lovelace' -- But Chloe Sevigny Is In (Updated)
Demi Moore will not, it turns out, play feminist icon Gloria Steinem in "Lovelace," Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman's biopic of porn star Linda Lovelace, TheWrap has confirmed.
Chloë Sevigny has wrapped a part in the film. She portrays Rebecca, a feminist journalist on freelance assignment for a men's magazine to find out who the real Linda Lovelace is.
Steinem started out as a journalist and went undercover as a Playboy bunny.
Moore was hospitalized Monday night after a 911 call. According to TMZ, she is being treated for substance abuse issues. Her representative termed it exhaustion.
"Lovelace" is attracting major buzz -- and a major cast: Amanda Seyfried plays Lovelace and James Franco plays Hugh Hefner. The cast also includes Sharon Stone, Wes Bentley, Eric Roberts, Hank Azaria and Peter Sarsgaard.

Moore was to have a cameo as Steinem.
Andy Bellin (“Trust”) wrote the screenplay.
"Lovelace" has a budget estimated at $10 million and is now filming.
"Lovelace" is being produced by Heidi Jo Markel, Laura Rister, Jason Weinberg and Jim Young.
"Lovelace" is one of two Lovelace projects now under way. Writer-director Matthew Wilder's "Inferno: A Linda Lovelace Story," based on Lovelace's autobiography, is due in 2013. Malin Akerman will star in that movie.Related Articles: Amanda Seyfried to Play Porn Star Linda Lovelace Demi Moore to Play Gloria Steinem in Linda Lovelace Biopic
