Dividend declaration

 

Amati VCT plc announces today that it has resolved to declare an interim dividend of 2.0p per share.  The ex-dividend date is 1 February 2012 with an associated record date of 3 February 2012.  The dividend will be paid on 13 February 2012.  It is intended to operate the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme for this dividend.

The Company is also pleased to announce that further to the passing by its shareholders of the relevant resolution at the Company's general meeting held on 7 December 2011, the Court of Session in Scotland yesterday made an order (the "Order") confirming the cancellation of the Company's share premium account and capital redemption reserve.
