Wells Fargo Securities Hires Geoffrey Keith as Managing Director in Institutional Investment Solutions

New Hire Will Provide Enhanced Solutions for Wells Fargo’s Global Institutional Client Base

Wells Fargo Securities, part of Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC), today announced that Geoffrey Keith has joined the firm as a managing director in the Institutional Investment Solutions group. Based in New York, Keith will be responsible for the development and marketing of equity- and commodity-linked investment solutions for the firm’s global institutional client base. He will report to Rick Silva, managing director and head of Institutional Investment Solutions for Wells Fargo Securities.

His experience trading, investing, building and running businesses on both the sell-side and buy-side gives him a unique perspective on the marketplace and places him in the best position to partner with our global institutional clients to identify and service their equity- and commodity-based investing and risk management needs. Keith brings more than 20 years of derivatives experience to his new position. Prior to Wells Fargo, he was a senior portfolio manager for Diamond Notch Asset Management, where he managed the Event-Driven and Credit Opportunity strategies. Prior to that, Keith held a number of related positions, including founding Parabolic Partners Capital Management, LLC, running U.S. Equity Derivative Trading at Merrill Lynch, and running U.S. Convertible Trading at JPMorgan Chase. He received his M.S. in Management Science and Engineering and his B.S. in Mathematics from Stanford University.
