Voting Rights & Capital

 

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 31 January 2012, Amati VCT plc's capital consists of 43,211,290 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in Amati VCT plc is 43,211,290.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, Amati VCT plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
