Proposed Top Up Offer
Amati VCT plc ("the Company") intends to launch a top up offer for subscription ("the Top Up Offer") for the tax year 2011/12. It is anticipated that the Top Up Offer will open in February and will be subject to a minimum subscription of £2,000. It is expected to close at 12 noon on 5 April 2012.
A further announcement will be made when the information memorandum relating to the Top Up Offer becomes available.
