SANTIAGO, Chile, April 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ENERSIS S.A. (NYSE: ENI) announces that its 2011 Annual Report on Form 20-F has been filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on April 4th, 2012.

Enersis is an electric utility company engaged, through our subsidiaries and affiliates, in the generation and distribution of electricity in Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Peru, and in the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity in Brazil.

Enersis has over 13.7 million customers on a consolidated basis, and through its subsidiaries Endesa Chile and Endesa Brasil, it has 14,833 MW of installed capacity with 195 power units in the five countries where it operates.
