NOTICE is hereby given in accordance with the Companies Act Chapter 308 of the Laws of Barbados that the Directors of the Company have by resolution fixed May 2, 2012 as the record date for the purpose of determining the Shareholders and Depositary Interest Holders entitled to receive Notice of the Ninth Annual Meeting of the Company.

 

Only those Shareholders and Depositary Interest Holders of record on May 2, 2012 will be entitled to receive Notice of the Ninth Annual Meeting.
