Statoil Fuel: Not approached by other bidders: CEO

OSLO, April 25 (Reuters) - Statoil Fuel and Retail, target of a friendly $2.8 billion takeover bid by Canadian convenience-store company Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc , has not been approached by any other potential bidders, Chief Executive Jacob Schram said on Wednesday.
