New Issue-INEOS Finance sells $775 mln notes

April 26 (Reuters) - INEOS Finance plc on
Thursday sold $775 million of senior secured notes in the 144a
private placement market, said market sources. 	
    JP Morgan, Barclays Capital, Goldman Sachs, and UBS were the
joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
