New Issue-Radiation Therapy sells $350 mln notes

April 26 (Reuters) - Radiation Therapy Services, Inc
on Thursday sold $350 million of senior secured
second lien notes in the 144a private placement market, said
IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The size of the deal was increased from an originally
planned $335 million.
Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, and
Barclays Capital were the joint bookrunning managers for the
sale.
